Timelines vary based on style and detail, but most projects take 1–3 weeks. If you’re on a deadline, let’s talk - we’re happy to work with your timeline.

We typically ask for a 50% deposit upfront to secure your spot and get started on the design. The remaining balance is due once the artwork is finalized and ready for delivery.

This helps us keep the process smooth, respectful of everyone’s time, and aligned from the very beginning.

We accept payments securely via:
PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or direct invoice. You’ll get all the details once your quote is approved by you.

Each custom illustration includes 1 revision after the line art stage and 1 revision after the color stage.
This gives you two key chances to request adjustments and make sure the final piece feels just right.

At the color stage, it’s common to tweak tones or adjust background elements - we’re all for that. But if changes go beyond what was outlined in your original request (like reworking the layout, style, or full concept), we may need to add a small fee to keep things fair.

Yes! We’re happy to deliver high-quality canvas or poster prints of your custom artwork right to your door.

Due to the custom nature of all illustration work - and the included revision process - we do not offer refunds for any design or artwork once work has started.
