This collaboration brought together Toyota of Orlando and Mall at Millenia to highlight a customer perk many people may not know about - complimentary shuttle service to the mall during vehicle service appointments.

By focusing on lifestyle, convenience + community, the content was designed to feel natural, engaging + valuable for both audiences. The partnership was well received and helped open the door for future collaboration opportunities between both brands.

My Toyota Community Spotlight

What began as a simple idea to celebrate Toyota owners grew into a recurring community feature that is still running years later. The series gives enthusiasts a place to share their vehicles, tell their stories + become part of the dealership’s social presence. By creating a platform for user-submitted content, the feature encourages community participation, strengthens relationships with local owners + turns customers into contributors rather than just viewers.
